Objectives: Health is defined as a state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being. Materials Methods: Humans have settled in both urban rural areas, which might influenced people their physiology different ways. Results: Cardiovascular fitness marker proper functioning the whole body associated with many health-related outcomes, poor leading to development cardiovascular diseases (CVD).
